I needed my Covid results for travel, got the text message that results are ready so downloaded the app , created a profile and logged in I can see the report is available but trying to open it keep getting message cannot download report from server. Useless crap probably made by some sifarishi kid who does not know what he is doing. I guess I will have to take a cab and go pickup my results.

I couldn’t give a review without at least giving 1 star otherwise it doesn’t even deserve it. The terrible quality of the app is evident feom the fact that the last time it was updated was 2 years ago. With only 12 reviews resulting in 3 stars. Apparently no ones using it. If this is the case then I recommend AKUH to remove it from the App Store to avoid people/patients having bad and frustrating experience.
