MyBlueKC is the official Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City app for managing your health insurance plan on the go. Blue KC members can access benefit details, review recent claims, view or share their member ID card, find doctors and hospitals, and track deductibles and spending account balances.

Depending on your plan, the app also provides pharmacy benefit information, Health & Wellness programs, bill payment for ACA and Direct Pay members, and ACA Rewards for wellness points. MyBlueKC supports most Blue KC plans, but is not available to FEP or Blue KC Medicare Advantage members.

The app is so awful to use, but we don’t really have a choice. But it can never remember my login information and sometimes I have to restart the app two or three times before it’ll actually log into my account. The function for finding care is clunky and difficult to use and overall this app is just a nightmare.
