Explore My Plan is a Chrome extension designed for select Blue Cross and Blue Shield members to access health plan information on the go. Sign in with your myBlueCross credentials to view claims and benefits, display or email your ID card, track your deductible and out-of-pocket spend, and find in-network doctors.

The app supports secure communication with Customer Service and offers Touch or Face ID for quick access. There is no charge to download, though data rates may apply. It supports plans from Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida, Blue Shield of Minnesota, and Patrius Health. This tool is for educational purposes and should not replace professional medical advice. The app is not dependable when submission or claims. Many times I am not able to submit a claim when clicking on “submit a claim”, I am not able to review pending claims nor processed claims consistently Please fix
