I wanted to make my payment, but it’s impossible to do it through this app. It’s ridiculous — I wonder who even developed this app. After a few months, I tried to log into my account, but I had forgotten my password. No matter how many times I try to reset my password, it doesn’t work

I can’t even register. The app doesn’t work. You’re Health Insurance for Christ’s sake. You’re showing the community that you’re the Wrong choice. Get it together!!
