New to Medica this year. I manage the health insurance for my company. I’m shocked how poor the website and app are. Seemingly no way to get complete data for what claims costed and when per person or family limits were reached. The most basic and essential must have use case. Unacceptable. Will be switching back to our previous provider after this year.
