User Reviews

User reviews are split: several praise the app for being easy to navigate and handling tasks like meds search, mail-order sign-up, and claims, with occasional good service. However, multiple reviews cite major downsides: a hard-to-use interface, frequent sign-in and biometric login problems, inability to view EOBs in-app, and inconsistent performance (slowness and crashes). Overall sentiment leans negative due to login friction and navigation frustrations.
Pros
  • Easy to navigate and easier to use than the website.
  • Covers key tasks like searching medications, signing up for mail order, and viewing claims.
  • Some users report helpful customer service.
Cons
  • Not user-friendly; difficult to navigate and slow, with many users describing it as hard to use, especially for seniors.
  • Frequent sign-in prompts and unreliable biometric/2FA login (Face ID frecuente issues, remembering login).
  • In-app EOB viewing is not available or is unclear (only a 'check EOB' message; cannot view details in-app).
  • Reliability issues such as slow performance, occasional crashes, and UI glitches (e.g., keyboard not appearing for security questions).

Cigna switched to this app and decided not to tell me. Couldn’t login to MyCigna and then when I finally found out about this app, I logged in and don’t know how to access anything. Very disappointing and difficult to navigate. Terrible experience

This app is horrible when you try to switch between the app and incentives or Express Scripts, it doesn’t stay logged in. I can’t move from incentive to incentive. There is only basic information available in the app and hard to get to details, especially in the EOB‘s. Not easily searchable either. it is so much easier to go straight to the web with more features than it is to try to use this app. This app is extremely frustrating. I have logged in three times in the last five minutes.
