First thing you have to go through to much trouble logging in then it takes forever when you do it in then the app will say something is eligible and when you try to purchase it the store says it’s not they need to get these stores straight as to what is eligible and not eligible it’s very frustrating.

Difficult to log on, yes I have the correct username and password, once in can’t open benefit app, if lucky to open benefits to shop or complete incentives the app freezes
