Key capabilities include viewing your deductible and out-of-pocket maximums, displaying your ID card to providers, checking claims status, locating doctors, and contacting customer service. The app also provides a message center, access to other benefits in your plan through My Programs, and visibility for each family member’s information and benefits, with the ability to filter claims by member name and type.
