Straight up tells you to just use the website at times, tells you to use the search function when there is none available, half the time it’s telling me my account is inactive or doesn’t exist. Nothing is intuitive. You’d think in 2026 they would have a functioning app, but it’s not helpful in so many ways. Best thing is being able to add my card to my Apple wallet

2026 and the people who developed this app for Emblem can’t seem to get the simplest of things to work! When you try to sign in, they want to use a verification system that sends you a code. Nothing new about that; the technology is over a decade old. HOWEVER, once you RECEIVE the code, THERE IS NO PLACE TO ACTUALLY ENTER IT! Don’t waste your time with this trash app, and question your health insurance provider if they can’t offer a simple way to access your healthcare information! If they do this poorly with an app, just what else are they doing poorly?

This is one of the hardest apps to use. It lags and sticks. Doesn’t allow you to easily go back and forward between pages. Then when I try to use the web version, it automatically takes me right back to the app leaving me in a loop. Very unpleasant experience.
