Additional features include viewing Explanation of Benefits (EOB), sharing your ID card, sending your ID to Apple Wallet for offline access, and secure log-in with Touch ID. Members with applicable pharmacy coverage can access drug information, compare nearby pharmacies, and receive reminders. This app is really good!! Lots of beneficial information bout coverage and claims. BUT, disappointed that I have to use my password each time I login. Would love BCBS to include the Face ID option to log in.

So confusing. I can’t tell what’s covered or not & I definitely don’t understand the overall pmt amounts to meet deductible. I’m so confused!!!! Hate this app!
