The simple password reset feature doesn’t work right. This basic IT function is necessary for self service situations and patients can’t use their paid benefit without it which breeds numerous questions.

I went for my annual check up with my primary care doctor and was charged for this. Annual check up is supposed to not be charged. BCBS said we probably talked about something other than my annual check up that is absolutely ridiculous, isn’t that the whole point of having a primary care doctor that you would let them know what’s going on with your health!! I’ve never had this problem before and always discussed my current health.
