I found a PCP within my network on the app, according to my personal plan, and discovered the day of my new-patient appointment that the doctors’ office, doctor’s name, and office phone number didn’t match at all and all led to different places, WHAT?! I finally found the doctor’s office that I called through the app, and it is nothing like the Dr I thought I scheduled with. So annoyed. I thought this app was going to help me navigate the healthcare system, not send me on a wild goose chase to figure out WHERE my appointment is actually happening. Gonna just end up going to urgent care instead, this was a waste of my time.

I downloaded this app specifically to access my digital insurance card and add it to my mobile wallet. Unfortunately, there is no option to do either. In fact, my insurance card isn’t available in the app at all. This is especially frustrating because the App Store screenshots clearly show access to a digital ID card, and the app description lists it as a feature. I downloaded the app specifically for functionality that apparently isn’t available. At this point, the app serves no purpose for me and was a complete waste of a download.
