As another commenter stated over 2 months ago there is an issue with the continue button disappearing below the screen view. So I can’t get logged in because I can’t accept the new terms and conditions. These guys are so concerned about their legal stuff that they’re keeping policy holders from accessing their account. Always been a lot of frustration dealing with this company.

If you somehow manage to create an account (because it will try to refuse every password you try depute following the strict rules in creating one, then it wants you to create security questions. So you carefully read the strict rules for security questions, obtain green check marks next to each one and it still denies them. If you manage to skip past them because it won’t let you actually create them, it says it needs to verify you. At this point, it finally gets honest and just says it cannot access that function. So now I have a useless app, no real idea of what my benefits are or access to a provider list.
Avoid the app and the insurance. If they are this inept with the website you need to use, how bad are they at the actual care and coverage? I was signed up for this at work. I’ll be seeing if it can be changed to anything else.
