You can even get rewarded for safe driving by participating in RightTrack.

RightTrack runs in the background and automatically captures driving information (speed, acceleration, braking, and route) to provide feedback for safer driving. The app also helps you review coverages, stay up to date with push notifications, sign up for paperless billing and Autopay, quickly contact your Independent Agent, file claims and track status, upload damage photos, schedule a damage review, and reserve a rental vehicle. It uses clear permissions to detect driving activity and log trips to support safety.

This app shows my homeowner policy, but not my auto policy. I have removed it and reinstalled it, but it still doesn’t work. My auto policy does show in a web browser.

This has not been the first time I’ve been left in the negatives with liberty due to me going crazy with bills and them taking about 5 days to go thru! ONLY place where I pay bills that does this everything is IMMEDIATELY right after I pay but NOT liberty so thank you liberty!!

I don’t like the app. Difficult to find information. An e-sign document was signed by me last month, but the system apparently didn’t register it. Called to ask why my bill went up, told I needed to the sign the form. No problem. Called on Saturday because my bill still isn’t right. Advise the system is updating . Monday and bill still isn’t right. Today I learned that I’m being penalized for their computer error. When I said but that is your fault, the customer service rep said their machines don’t make mistakes. Will be getting new insurance next month because this company isn’t based in reality.
