Welcome, Safeco customers! Starting April 25, 2026, you can download the Liberty Mutual app and log in with your same credentials. This app is your one-stop insurance resource. Log in securely with Touch ID or Face ID, access insurance cards in Apple Wallet, and manage your policy or claim anywhere, anytime. You can even get rewarded for safe driving by participating in RightTrack.

RightTrack runs in the background and automatically captures driving information (speed, acceleration, braking, and route) to provide feedback for safer driving. The app also helps you review coverages, stay up to date with push notifications, sign up for paperless billing and Autopay, quickly contact your Independent Agent, file claims and track status, upload damage photos, schedule a damage review, and reserve a rental vehicle. It uses clear permissions to detect driving activity and log trips to support safety.

Recent reviews

The app is good, unless you want to make the most basic changes to your policy. I have tried multiple times to just add a Landlord to my renter’s policy, and it gives me an error saying that I need to call tech support to make that change. Same thing with literally just adjusting my address. It shouldn’t be this complicated. If you can’t make these simple changes on the app, why even have buttons for it?? Very annoying.
