This app drives me crazy!! Every time I try to login it makes me make a new password which I barely ever remember the last one I made bc it makes me change it EVERY time and then I end up getting locked out and I have to call! It’s ridiculous

This app has been one disaster after another. If you try to transfer $ using another platform (via Cash app, Venmo, etc.) they don’t allow you to do anything but small transactions. So the platform receives the $ & you can’t access it any longer. Since there is no one to service the accounts on weekend, you have to wait until the week to get them to release your $. Then, it updates & wouldn’t allow access any longer. I had to work with their IT reps three times before we could get it to work again. So BEWARE
