This is one of the worst apps I have ever downloaded from the App Store. I wonder what this developer is doing with his/her time? —Certainly not fixing this terribly broken app and website! All I’m trying to do is update my auto payment method. It won’t let me delete my old payment method and it won’t let me add a new one. I’ve tried everything. The app is awful and so is the website when logging in with a web browser (Safari/Chrome). This app & website are a disgrace!

Hartford change the price on my annual renewal by $120 from the time that I paid for it, to the time that I got the receipt. What the hell is going on! I’ve heard of bait and switch, but this is completely unethical and morally wrong. Never changed the price after the fact, are you kidding me? Isn’t that illegal as hell?
