2026-08-04	So*****	This is one of the worst apps I have ever downloaded from the App Store. I wonder what this developer is doing with his/her time? —Certainly not fixing this terribly broken app and website! All I’m trying to do is update my auto payment method. It won’t let me delete my old payment method and it won’t let me add a new one. I’ve tried everything. The app is awful and so is the website when logging in with a web browser (Safari/Chrome). This app & website are a disgrace!

2026-08-03	Sp*****	Hartford change the price on my annual renewal by $120 from the time that I paid for it, to the time that I got the receipt. What the hell is going on! I’ve heard of bait and switch, but this is completely unethical and morally wrong. Never changed the price after the fact, are you kidding me? Isn’t that illegal as hell?

2026-08-02	ga*****	So far, my experience with The Hartford Auto Insurance has been very good. The enrollment process was straightforward, and their customer service has been helpful and professional. Everything has gone smoothly so far, and I’m satisfied with the coverage and service. I hope the experience continues to be this positive.

I was told when I first downloaded the app they were aware and working on this problem. That was over 4 months ago. Get the nearest 3rd grader and I bet they can fix your garbage. Makes me leery of have their insurance for sure. If you can’t fix your app in 4 months, how long to fix my stuff if I need to file a claim.
