This used to be so easy to use. You just launch the app and do whatever you needed. Now you need to get a verification code each time you access the app. Had I known this was a policy I would’ve gone to another insurance company. I won’t be renewing it in the future unless this changed. It’s just a hassle to deal with. I called customer service and it was explained that they can’t do anything about it. So frustrating.
