It’s bad enough that the application itself is not put together very well, but it doesn’t help that, after the first update in God knows how long, it works even worse. Trying to pay my bill and it appears that the information I had entered is no longer there. On top of that, I now get a payment error message telling me the app needs to be updated… immediately after having updated the app. My phone is top of the line, the system is fully updated, I did a soft reset of the app and, when that did not work, I turned the phone off and then on again. Nope. Consider considering the amount of profits that insurance companies take in you would expect the software that helps them get paid would be a higher quality. With the amount of options we have for insurance these days it’s kind of ridiculous that large company wouldn’t realize that inconvenience is enough of a reason for many people to seek out a new provider.
