No matter how many weeks advance notice you give about a ride they always somehow don’t have it scheduled at the last minute and don’t tell you anything unless you call. I’m always hours late leaving the NICU trying to make it home to my 1 year old because of them. Night shift are the only ones that actually solve any issues and actually get you a ride. Also if you always have to use Lyft with every ride I schedule why not default to them instead of making me late to pick up my toddler. I never had these issues with Modivcare. I’d give a lower rating if I could.

Neither the application nor the website are accessible to the blind. I have contacted the company about this and they are not getting back to me either.
