Veridy Health

This app has no support. If you need any help with anything, there isn’t any. Veridy forced me to change my password. Every password I entered didn’t work. I went to their website to try and change my password. Their website says my email isn’t valid. I then tried calling their customer service number and it’s disconnected. The only email they provide is for their sales department. I went to their page in the App Store. App support takes you take the website of a company called Transparent Health and you cano only see their privacy policy. Only website listed again is for sales. Unhelpful worthless service. If you are looking at an insurance company that uses those services or one like it, look for other options. This whole system is to make the insurance process even more convoluted and take your money while supplying no effort on their part. I would give zero stars if possible.
