The Veridy Health app provides all of your health plan information in one mobile wallet. You can view your ID Card and send it via email, text, and more. You can quickly look up all of your plan information, including what's covered, copays, and recent claims. The app provides one-click access to key customer service numbers. When you need to access care, you can use Veridy Health to search for providers in your plan's network.
