See, you’re rejecting the exact code you just sent me, correctly entered. Also, there’s something else wrong with the Form: It makes it impossible to paste the number from Email after I copy it from there. Which forces manual entry and a higher error rate. And it’s absurd that you force periodic password reset when you’re using two factor authentication already anyway. It’s overkill. The submitted password[PIN, actually] did not contain at least 1 special character.
