Modivcare is a Chrome extension that helps members with participating benefit plans schedule and manage non-emergency transportation directly from their browser, reducing the need to call a care center.

For eligible members who drive themselves to appointments, the app lets them submit mileage reimbursements and access member services. Existing Member Services Website accounts will not work for logging in.
