This app is a nightmare to use. I’ve had several issues with activating will-call through the app, often forced to talk to the AI chatbot that’ll just pawn me off to a live agent who will ask me to repeat all the information I’d just provided all over again. After that, there’s an 80/20 chance that the live agent didn’t actually confirm will-call at all and the option to contact support is disabled, only giving you the option to speak with the transport provider and without fail, every time the transport provider has not actually been informed that I am ready to be picked up, so I’m sitting at the doctor’s office for an hour waiting for transport to come hy because they have to find someone at the last minute. I am literally right now waiting to have a new transport provider assigned because the live agent I chatted with didn’t active will-call and instead changed the round-trip status to one-way. Absolutely miserable experience every time.

This app is much better than trying to call in trips. But it frequently marks the same addresses as rejected for one day and approved for the next. Trips marked as mileage reimbursement get switched to car driver at random. Favorites won’t save. And trips cannot be saved to copy over even if it’s the same trip week after week. It’s not three times a week so I can’t get a standing order.
