This is THE WORST NEMT driver app ever invented. 1. Too time consuming. 2. Doesn’t work in all areas. 3. Constantly timing out and driver has to re-login. 4. Takes too long to sync. 5. Needs a built link to for the driver tap on rider’s address to get GPS directions to get there! THAT’S NEEDED NOW! 6. Signing in the mileage at the client’s pick and drop off is a waste of time, especially when the driver gets lost because they’re looking for the client’s home. The driver just need to sign in and out at the beginning and ending of the scheduled pickups for the day. 7. The fonts should be separate and enlarged for each client, because that would help the driver to make less mistakes with each client’s pickup or drop off.
