If your health plan uses Shasta Administrative Services you can: View your plan information and access important documents like your plan summary Display, print or request ID Cards Review claims Track your plan utilization including deductibles and copayments Search for in-network doctors and facilities Review your health care team you have received care from, including contact information Contact customer care by phone or secure messaging Submit documents needed to complete claims Learn about additional programs included in your benefit package like, hearing, disease management and more Review information for family members enrolled on your plan
