Terribly disgusting app. App has little to no info. Can’t contact customer service vis chat and takes ages to load.

It’s like nothing works on this app. Or on mobile website. It really makes this health insurance an undignified thing. It really is pathetic. And I pay about 400$ a month for this junk. Very unhappy and overall sad for the treatment provided.
