The app and website are both terrible, and the insurance is too. I regret choosing them, as I have heard nothing but bad things about them for years. Opening the app and the website is extremely slow. I was talking to your rep and she wanted me to open something and I had to sit and wait five minutes while the screen loaded, every single time. The provider list is constantly down today. It’s down on the website and the app telling me they can’t pull it up for my plan right now. Please call the number on my card. What is this the 1900s? They won’t allow us to use the best health options. Why would I expect them to have a modern app or website. They’re probably still use rotary phones in their offices. And do not tell me to call the number on my card. I don’t have time for that and they can’t really ever answer my questions anyway again this is not the 1900s I should not have to call.

After multiple updates of this app over the years, it has never worked, and I mean never. Either you can’t log in or even get the app to open from the initial logo screen. If you are ever able to actually get into the app, don’t expect to be able to do anything, at all. This app is useless and makes having HPN frustrating even though insurance is a blessing!
