I Unable to see my EOB on this app and when call for help with website on laptop they don’t know how to help me. It’s difficult to view anything on this app because it’s in a line downward and unable to even print it or send it to my email. Terrible system. And I never got an EOB in the mail for this service which I signed up for. Ver disappointing customer service
