I’ve had the app for a few years. At first it worked (operated my Sundance spa remotely) most but not all of the time. But for the last 12-18 months, it only works maybe 10% of the time, even when I’m close to my spa. And getting help from Jacuzzi/Sundance is difficult. Definitely not worth paying for.

The recent update has made the app work again the way it should! It worked fine for a long time and then just stopped being responsive even though it was correctly on my network etc. Fast forward to a month ago, the app updated and hallelujah! Version upgrade and I’m back in business. Thank you Dev team

The new version is much faster but unfortunately the blower switch disappeared and in its place there is jet 3 which doesn’t exist or control the blower. I have verified that the model is set correctly, so no idea what else to do as the support links points to pages that don’t exist.
