And they don’t support you. Unfortunately if you are reading this you already bought a Sundance and paid for the WiFi. Ugh. Never again! And good luck calling either Sundance or the local warranty guys. The man sent for warranty told me he only does things that involve real tools.

Cannot get app setup. Customer service no help. They weren’t sure how to get modem to connect to WiFi optima hot tub. Local dealer had no idea but would come out for a fee. But they would have to call customer support also.

Would someone PLEASE fix the bugs in this app? The program modes are only partially functional and the countdown timers for the outer filter and ClearRay can’t be reset. It is useful for some other functions.
