The CloudControl 2™ spa control system by Bullfrog Spas is a cloud-based and WiFi enabled digital control system that lets you monitor and operate your spa from anywhere you have a WiFi or digital cellular signal. This has to be one of the worst apps I have ever used. When the app is opened it loses connection within 5 seconds every time. When you inevitably have to push retry sometimes it connects and sometimes it doesn’t, if it doesn’t you have to go through the same process again. I have all notifications enabled so I know what’s going on with my spa at all times but all this app does is let me know when my spa cover has been opened or closed. My bullfrog spa rep assured me that the app would notify me when the spa has lost power but I have lost power numerous times and have never received a notification. When the app does work correctly it is very simple and easy to use which is why I’m baffled that such simple controls and notifications cannot be mastered by the techs at gecko alliance.

Usually won’t connect. Good idea but poor execution

It’s driving me crazy to solve the issue with the app. It was getting increasingly less responsive and all of a sudden the app keeps showing an error message with “your spa pack os currently rebooting. Please wait a couple minutes and try again” for days… (Solid blue light is on.)
