Retalk: WhatsApp Team Inbox

Retalk puts your business WhatsApp in one shared inbox your whole team can use. Connect your number once, invite your agents, and handle every customer conversation together, from one place on your phone.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Connect your WhatsApp number by scanning a QR code or using a pairing code.
2. Invite your team with a join link. Agents sign in with Google.
3. Incoming chats land in the team inbox. Assign them, reply, and mark them resolved.
4. Customers get your replies on WhatsApp, as usual.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Team inbox
See all chats, chats assigned to you, and unassigned chats in one list. Filter by pending or resolved so nothing slips through. Messages arrive in real time.

• Assign, take over, resolve
Pick up an unassigned chat, hand it to a teammate, or take over a conversation. Resolve it when the customer is helped. Add private notes for your team.

• Team agents
Invite agents with a shareable link and see who is on your team.

• Contacts
Every conversation builds your customer list. Open a contact to see their details and history, and copy their number in one tap.

• WhatsApp blast
Send promos and announcements to your customers. Choose recipients, schedule the date and time, and edit a blast before it goes out.

• Auto responder
Reply automatically to new conversations, with separate messages for inside and outside your office hours.

• Message templates
Save the replies you send often and pick them in any chat. Attach a photo or choose one from your library.

• Customer survey
Ask customers to rate your service once a conversation is resolved. Set your own thank-you message and survey page title.

• Channel status
See at a glance whether your WhatsApp number is connected, and relink it right from the app.
