Chatzyn: Team Inbox & CRM

Chatzyn puts every customer conversation from WhatsApp and Instagram into one inbox your whole team can work from — so nothing gets lost in someone's personal DMs.

A SHARED TEAM INBOX
See every conversation in one place, on your phone. Assign a chat to a teammate, see who is already handling what, and pick up where a colleague left off without asking them.

REPLY FROM ANYWHERE
Answer customers from your phone with the same history and context you have at your desk. Saved replies and message templates are a tap away, so common questions do not need retyping.

KNOW THE MOMENT SOMEONE REPLIES
Get a notification when a customer messages, and tap it to land straight in that conversation. Notifications stay quiet for the chat you are already reading.

KEEP TRACK OF LEADS
Move conversations through your own pipeline stages, tag contacts, and keep notes on the people you talk to — all attached to the chat they came from.

BUILT FOR SMALL TEAMS
Add your teammates, decide who sees which conversations, and keep customer history in one place instead of spread across personal phones.

Chatzyn is a companion to your Chatzyn account. You will need an existing workspace to sign in. Connecting a WhatsApp Business or Instagram account is done from the web app.
