FYI: Tech support says this Pipedrive Chrome extension is deactivated. They are replacing it with the Pipedrive CRM add-on in the Google Workspace Marketplace here: https://workspace.google.com/u/0/marketplace/app/pipedrive_crm/181457847709 I installed it there and it seems to be working just fine.

Functionality limted. Two cases especially bad: 1. Forces to add a contact before allows you to add a deal. 2. If you use Zapier as a form pusher from your website, it will not find the real contact's email if you include it in the body or "reply to". Only looks for emails in the sender and recepient fields. Should have an option to add a contact manually or look in other places as well. 3. If you have required fields set up to pass between different stages of a deal, your sales rep can use this to circumvent this setup. You can change stages using this extension freely, completly ruining any sales process you have.
