It tracks opens, replies, and everything is capable right from HubSpot. If you use your client, like Outlook installed on you desktop, and you don't have Gmail, or any of the other providers, there is a tracking email that is loaded into your address book, that you can BCC every outbound email when your not in CRM. It also works from iPhone and MacMail.

HubSpot team, we've been using your solution for years. But asking for a permission to "Read and change all your data on all websites" for CRM is too much, don't you find? Access to and changing(!) user's data in all(!) websites is none of CRM app's business. Please reconsider.
