2024-12-02 | Bryan Santos | en | Works well when it works and then suddenly it stops working. It is very difficult to replicate and troubleshoot with support.
2024-11-25 | Stacey Wallin | en | Unbelievably disappointed. Cancelling my multiple accounts and telling everyone I used to recommend this tool to to find another. "read and change your data on all websites" is a ridiculous overstep in terms of data acquisition for a CRM
2024-11-25 | Stacey Wallin | en | I've been a loyal user for ages, but are you KIDDING ME? "read and change your data on all websites"??? This is way too much. I will be deleting and finding another solution unless this is rolled back. The overreach is insane.
2024-11-18 | Scott Hawthorn | en | Been using for years, but no longer. What he said, "HubSpot team, we've been using your solution for years. But asking for a permission to "Read and change all your data on all websites" for CRM is too much, don't you find? Access to and changing(!) user's data in all(!) websites is none of CRM app's business. Please reconsider."
2024-11-11 | Kaori Freda | en | Requiring the user to consent to "read and change your data on all websites" is ridiculous. You have no right to read and change my bank account information and private data.
2024-11-11 | Chris Lukenbill | en | Super disappointed in your latest "update" that requires users to leave the setting on to track all websites in order for the Gmail extension to work. That is a good reason to start looking for another CRM.
2024-11-10 | Travis Reiter | en | Change in terms of use require that I give it access to view and change all data on all sites? Are you kidding me? Hubspot needs a slice of humble pie, this is outrageous and I'm disabling.
2024-11-07 | Daniel McGreevy | en | Hard to imagine doing my job, SaaS sales, without it
2024-11-06 | Robert MacFarland | en | It tracks opens, replies, and everything is capable right from HubSpot. If you use your client, like Outlook installed on you desktop, and you don't have Gmail, or any of the other providers, there is a tracking email that is loaded into your address book, that you can BCC every outbound email when your not in CRM. It also works from iPhone and MacMail.
