IronBook

IronBook is a simple, thorough workout diary for the gym. It runs
fully offline, with no ads, no account, and no data tracking: all your
information stays on your phone.

WHAT THE APP DOES

• Workouts — log weight, reps, distance, and time for every set; plan
and actual results are kept separately, and you can copy your last
results with one tap.
• Exercise catalog — nearly 360 built-in exercises with muscle groups
and equipment, plus your own exercises with a custom icon and photo.
• Rest timer — a countdown between sets with a notification when it's
time for the next one.
• Templates — save your workout program and start a new session from
a template in one tap.
• Body measurements — weight, body fat %, and girths with progress
charts.
• Stats and records — max weight, estimated one-rep max, tonnage, and
progress for every exercise over any time period.
• PDF and CSV export — share a workout with your coach or export your
full history as a spreadsheet.
• Backup — save and restore all your data as a single file.
• Dark and light theme, Russian and English language.

PRIVACY FIRST

IronBook never sends your data anywhere without your explicit action.
No cloud sync, no analytics, no ads. Exports and backups are only
handed off through the system "Share" sheet — where the file goes is
always your own choice.
