Physique

Physique is one screen a day.

Open it and you see the number that matters: calories left. Type what you ate, paste what you lifted, put in a weigh-in, press Save. That's the whole app.

WHAT'S ON THE SCREEN
• Calories left, eaten, and protein / carbs / fat for the day
• Food: search your saved foods, tap to add, or jot plain-text notes and itemize later
• Photos: snap a label or a plate and get an estimate you can correct
• Workout: a plain text box in your own shorthand ("bench 225 5, 225 5, 225 4"). Copy last session in one tap
• Weigh-in: one field, right on the card
• History: weight trend, past workouts, two weeks of calories

HOW IT THINKS
• Save day is the only thing that writes. Everything you or the assistant changes stays a draft until you save, with Undo
• Estimates are always marked. A label counts as measured; a plate is an estimate
• Your saved foods are yours: base + per-unit macros, so "5 eggs" means your scramble, not a bare egg
• Ask in plain English ("just had my shake", "weighed 198.4") and it fills the day in

WHAT IT ISN'T
No streaks. No badges. No feed. No coaching. Physique records; the record becomes the physique.

PRIVACY
Your data sits in your own account. Export it any time as JSON. Delete the account and it's gone. No ads, no data brokers.

Free plan includes the app and a monthly allowance of assistant use.
