HOW SCROLLFIT WORKS

1. Choose Your Apps
Select the social media apps, games, or other apps you want ScrollFit to help you manage.

2. Get Blocked When Your Time Runs Out
When you try to open a selected app without available screen time, ScrollFit encourages you to earn more.

3. Complete Your Exercises
Use your phone's camera and AI-powered pose detection to perform exercises such as push-ups and squats.

4. Earn Screen Time
Complete your reps to earn screen time. By default, each completed push-up or squat earns 1 minute of access.

5. Use Your Earned Time
Access your selected apps using the screen time you've earned through exercise.

ACCESSIBILITY SERVICE DISCLOSURE

ScrollFit uses the Android Accessibility Service to provide its core app-blocking functionality.

WHAT IT DOES:

• Detects when a selected app is opened
• Helps identify access to selected apps
• Displays the ScrollFit blocking experience when earned screen time is unavailable
• Monitors app changes to enable app blocking

WHAT IT DOES NOT DO:

• Does not read messages, emails, or chat content
• Does not access passwords or login credentials
• Does not record your screen
• Does not collect or transmit personal data to external servers
• Does not track browsing history for analytics

The Accessibility Service is used only to support ScrollFit's app-blocking functionality. Core app functionality is processed locally on your device.

You can disable this permission anytime through:

Settings → Accessibility → ScrollFit → Turn Off

Disabling the Accessibility Service will prevent ScrollFit's app-blocking functionality from operating.
