FeedToBack Manager

FeedToBack Manager is a mobile management application designed for businesses using the FeedToBack customer satisfaction survey platform. You can track results from survey devices in your store, restaurant, or office directly from your phone, without having to return to your desk.

To use the application, you need a FeedToBack account. New accounts cannot be created within the application.

CONTROL PANEL
• Today's live counters: number of surveys started and completed
• Weekly trend graph to see the trend at a glance
• Online/offline summary of your devices

DETAILED REPORTS
• Response distribution by question and time series
• Hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly breakdown
• Completion rate and average survey duration
• Device-based comparison
• Date and time range filters

AI-POWERED EVALUATION
Summarize your reports with AI; see key positive and negative findings, recommended actions, and risks in readable text. This feature is disabled by default and only works if enabled by the account manager via the web panel.

REPORT SHARING
• Export your reports as PDF or CSV (CSV files open with Excel)
• Share the file you created with your team via email, WhatsApp, or cloud storage

YOUR SURVEYS
• List all surveys linked to your account along with their status
• View the screen, question, and answer structure of a survey as is

DEVICE TRACKING
• Real-time status and last seen time of your survey devices
• Offline devices are highlighted
• Number of surveys started and completed in device details

NOTIFICATIONS
Receive instant notifications when one of your devices goes offline or when there is an important development. Track your notification history from within the app.

SECURITY
• All data traffic is transmitted over an encrypted connection
• Fingerprint or facial recognition protection with optional biometric app lock
• Session information is stored encrypted on your device

USER ACCOUNTS FOR YOUR TEAM
While the account holder sees all surveys and devices, the sub-users you define only access the data of the device assigned to them. Thus, each store manager only sees the results of their own branch.

DEMO MODE
If you don't have an account, you can review the application offline with sample data using the demo option on the login screen.
