supportHola is Hola Informática's technical support management application. It brings together the team's daily work on your mobile device: tickets, customer issues, internal communication, and tracking of time spent on each intervention.

PROFESSIONAL ACCESS: EACH PROFILE SEES A DIFFERENT APPLICATION
This is a professional-use tool. To use it, you need credentials provided by Hola Informática. The application does not allow free user registration.

IMPORTANT: What the application displays depends on the type of account you log in with. Each profile only has access to its own section, and no single account can simultaneously display all the functions described below.

• Technical staff: tickets, companies and devices, calendar, and internal chat.

• Administrators and managers: also user management and statistics.

• Client companies: Upon logging in, the application directly opens their "My Issues" portal. This is a separate interface, which cannot be accessed from an internal staff account.

TICKET MANAGEMENT (Technical staff, managers, and administrators)
View tickets with filters, open full details, and track the history of each intervention. Add comments, attach documents, log hours worked, and assign technicians to the job. Everything is recorded and instantly available to the rest of the team.

CUSTOMER INCIDENTS (Client company accounts only)
Client companies have their own access within the application. When logging in with a client account, the application opens the "My Incidents" portal, where they can report an incident, attach documentation, and track its resolution status without calls or emails.

INTERNAL CHAT (Hola Informática staff)
Team channels and direct messages, with mentions and notifications of new messages. The discussion about a job happens where the job is being done, not in a separate application.

COMPANIES AND DEVICES (Hola Informática staff)
A record for each client company with its associated device portfolio, allowing you to see what is being addressed at any given time.

CALENDAR (Hola Informática staff)
A schedule of team interventions and events, viewable by date.

STATISTICS (administrators and managers only)
A summary of activity by technician and by company.

LIGHT AND DARK MODE
An adaptable interface, easy to read in any lighting conditions.

PRIVACY
Data is processed exclusively to provide support services and is not used for advertising purposes. All communications are encrypted using HTTPS. The application does not incorporate third-party analytics or advertising tools.
