Headers Monitor

Headers Monitor is the support and monitoring application from Headers Consultoria. It brings to your mobile phone the same monitoring you already have on your computer: open tickets, conversations with the technical team, and the status of your company's equipment.

RESTRICTED ACCESS
This application is for corporate use. Accounts are created by Headers Consultoria for clients and the technical team — there is no public registration. If your company is not yet served by us, speak with the sales team before installing.

TICKETS
Open a ticket in just a few taps, describing the problem in your own words. Track the progress, see who is handling it, read the team's responses, and consult the history of what has already been resolved — including the solution applied, for when the same problem arises again.

DIRECT CONVERSATION
The chat connects you to the technical team without intermediaries and without needing to call. Messages are recorded along with the service request, so nothing is lost between shifts.

NOTIFICATIONS WHEN SOMETHING GOES DOWN
The app notifies you on your phone when a monitored server, website, or equipment goes down, when a new support ticket is opened, and when a message arrives in the chat. Notifications arrive even when the app is closed.

MONITORING
Track the status of what is monitored in your company: servers, computers with installed agents, time clocks, websites, and network equipment. Each item shows if it is online, for how long, and the history of outages during the period.

FOR THE TECHNICAL TEAM
Technicians and managers can find in the app the call queue, the monitoring panel adapted for the mobile screen, alerts for the serviced equipment, and remote access to client machines, with an audit log of each session.

PRIVACY
The app collects the minimum necessary to function: the login email and the device notification identifier. It does not collect location, contacts, photos, camera, or advertising identifiers. There are no ads and no data is sold.
