Musterly is a simple volunteer check-in coordinator for community meal services, food pantries, and neighborhood cleanups. It helps shift leads see who is on duty and which roles are covered at a glance. The Board tab works like a wall-mounted hook board, showing current check-ins as oval key tags grouped by shift slot. Large On Duty and Today Total counters keep the most important numbers visible. Tapping the quick Add Check-In action opens the Sign In tab for fast entry. In the Sign In tab you can record a volunteer name, role, shift slot, and optional planned hours. When you save a check-in, the new tag appears on the Board with a colored ring that matches the role. The Roles tab organizes active volunteers by role and shows an open hook label when a role still needs coverage. The History tab keeps a full list of all check-ins sorted newest first. From History you can search by volunteer name or role to find past sign-ins quickly. You can also edit or delete a check-in directly in History when details change or a sign-in was created by mistake. All check-in data is stored locally on your device, so the app is ready for fast daily use without requiring an account. Musterly is designed for coordinators who need a clear, low-friction way to keep a volunteer shift organized and visible.
