The app is built around Shift Needs, so you can record each role, its current fill status, a time slot, and a short meetup note in one place. The Board tab displays Shift Needs in status lanes, letting you quickly review Open, Claimed, and Done items at a glance. The dashboard gives you useful counters for each status, a quick way to add a new Shift Need, and a short preview of upcoming open spots. In the Needs tab, you can view the full list and handle the complete workflow to create, edit, update, or delete entries as plans change. Swipe-friendly status changes make it faster to move a shift from Open to Claimed or Done during busy coordination. The Search tab lets you filter by role, time slot, or meetup note, so finding the right volunteer need takes only a moment. The Today tab brings focus to open and claimed shifts scheduled for the day in a tighter agenda view with clearer time emphasis. Short single-screen forms make it easy to add a Shift Need for tasks like prep, serving, or cleanup without extra steps. If you are starting from scratch, helpful empty states guide you toward adding your first shift and building your board quickly. All Shift Needs are stored locally on your device, which keeps your planning accessible without requiring accounts or extra setup.
