Switch to the Today tab to instantly focus on shifts scheduled for the current date, arranged neatly by time block. Adding a new shift is as simple as filling in the volunteer's full name, choosing a role like Greeter, Setup, Registration or Cleanup, picking a date, and selecting a time such as Morning, Afternoon or Evening. You can tap any existing card to update details or remove it when plans change, giving you full control over the roster. The Find tab includes a quick search panel that filters shifts by volunteer name or role, helping you locate a specific entry in seconds. A slim metal tray at the bottom of the board holds two magnetic eraser counters—one for your total shifts and one for today's commitments—so you always know your staffing numbers without counting manually. Just above the tray, a next-up row previews the three upcoming shifts as miniature cards, keeping the immediate priorities in sight. Everything you enter is stored privately on your device, so you can open the app and see your complete roster instantly without signing into an account or relying on an internet connection.
