Right below, the three most recent sign-ups appear as mini notes so you can instantly spot the latest commitments. A quick-add button in the corner lets you jump directly to the Signup tab whenever someone new is ready to help. The Shifts tab shows all upcoming shifts laid out at playful angles, sorted by date, with each note clearly displaying the role, date, time slot, and volunteer name in dark marker handwriting. You can search or filter the board by a volunteer's name or a specific role to find exactly what you need. When you need to fill a spot, the Signup tab presents a clean paper sheet held by a metal clip where you enter the role, date, time slot, and volunteer name, then save with a single tap that pushes a fresh pushpin into the cork. As soon as you save, the new sticky note appears pinned to the Shifts board with a satisfying animation, and there are never any check marks because the thumbtack itself signals assignment. The Roster tab keeps a tidy printed list of every helper, each showing a colored badge with their upcoming shift count, and tapping a name reveals their personal schedule at a glance. You can edit or completely remove any shift from the board anytime, giving you full control over the schedule. All of your data stays safe directly on your device, so you never need an account, a sign-in, or an internet connection to manage your volunteer team.
