It is designed to handle real-time inter-departmental communication, civil complaint management, and citizen safety situation reporting all within a single app.

• Support for various chat rooms, including group chat, 1:1 chat, complaint-linked chat, and safety situation-linked chat

• Send and receive messages in various formats, such as text, photos, videos, and documents

• Automatic message resending after waiting, even when offline

• Manage notification settings per chat room

■ Complaint Management (Major Complaint Collection)

• Complaint reception, classification, assignment of staff, and tracking of processing status

• Complaint classification system based on major and minor categories

• Management of reception channels (119, citizen reports, etc.)

• Reporting and tracking of emergency situations such as fire, heavy rain, heavy snow, and building collapse

• Collaboration for rapid response through dedicated chat rooms for each safety situation

• Visualization of complaint and safety situation locations based on GIS maps

• Filtering by region, date, and category

• Direct viewing of detailed information on the map

• Camera Capture (Photos/Videos) and select from Gallery

• Attach and download document files

• Automatic image resizing and video compression
