CAP CRM

CAP CRM is the working app for the CAP car spare parts team. A parts order normally travels through phone calls, notebooks and scattered chat threads, and things get lost on the way. This puts the whole job in one place — from a customer's first question to the part going out the door.

Sign-in is required. Accounts are issued by CAP to its own staff; there is no public sign-up.

INQUIRIES
Salespeople log what a customer needs — car make, model, year, variant and the parts — and send it to a supervisor. Every inquiry keeps its own history, so nothing depends on remembering a conversation.

QUOTING
Supervisors price each part on its own and mark where it comes from: the outside market, CAP's own supply, or stock already on the shelf. Parts that can't be sourced are marked not available, so sales never quotes something that isn't coming. Quantities, per-piece or total pricing, and exchange (trade-in) prices are all handled.

ASK FOR A PHOTO
When the same part comes in several versions, the supervisor can ask to see it before pricing. The customer's message is written automatically, and the part stays open until the picture arrives.

CHAT
Sales and supervisors talk on the inquiry itself, with the parts and prices in view. Text and voice notes both work.

DISCOUNTS
Sales can ask for a lower price on any part. The supervisor sees the ask against the current price and approves or holds it in one tap.

PAYMENTS AND DELIVERY
Record advances and full payments. Track what is ready, what is out for delivery, and what is still to collect.

OUR STOCK
See what is already on the shelf that fits the customer's exact car, and quote from it directly — no market run, no waiting. Update shelf prices as the market moves.

FOLLOW-UPS
Sale reminders keep customers who didn't buy from going quiet for good.

NOTIFICATIONS
Alerts when a quote lands, a discount is asked for, or a message arrives, so nothing waits on someone happening to open the app.
