User Reviews

Users generally find the APS Android app easy to use and good for paying bills quickly. However, the most frequent complaints involve reliability and compatibility. Updates often render the app incompatible with various devices across models/OS versions. Login/access problems are common, with users unable to log in or losing access. Some UX issues include payments redirecting to a web page and sign-in friction, plus occasional VPN or PIN-related problems. Overall, usability is praised when the app runs, but compatibility and stability are major drawbacks.

Pros

Easy to use and navigate
Easy in-app bill payments
Fast app performance
Positive customer service experience

Cons

Post-update device compatibility issues; the app is not compatible with many devices
Cannot log in or has lost access
In-app payments sometimes redirect to a web page or require signing in, making it less seamless
Installation or device compatibility failures on certain devices (e.g., Note 9)
