stuck in a login loop, unable to use the app to get in.. it says username password is not correct Everytime and tries to get me to reset my password and says that the rules have been updated but I go on the website and it works with my password and username the same way I type it on the app.. Fix the app if you're going to have one.

Cannot login via the app for at least 2 days! Who is doing your Configuration Management, Goofy?! You back out broken code. You don't let it sit in Production... oh, and you tell your customer, the user there is a problem on AEP's end. I've uninstalled and reinstalled this app and still get the Oops message. To see my bill and pay it, I had to bring up a browser and pay it that way.
