Recent reviews

power outages are ALL listed as "Under an hour" and power-on percentage is 99%+ but these are ALL FAKE NUMBERS. Program will CLAIM 1 Hour Repair... for a repair that takes 8 hours on their alerts... their reports claim power outages that only last an hour when it takes over a day to repair.

My biggest issue with the app is that I can't view my usage at all. I need to use the website for that. This issue has been present for the last several YEARS of app updates by the way. I am on the E-27 Customer Generation plan (solar) and I believe that is the primary reason for this... But that's just an educated guess.
