I’ve just signed up to get a service at my new apartment. Finished setting up the app account to get advantage of the futures it provides but every time i click on it it’d scan my face id and then crashes out. Please fix the problem.

Not satisfied with signing on what have to start again like never have the app before and also don’t recognize your previous email or password and even Face ID. If you write a review what don’t satisfy them, don’t let you to submit and of course do something to fix the problem. They don’t care about, only take your info.
