Every time I log in to this app, it has a pop up to update my notification preferences, even after I adjust my preferences to appease the app.

untrue I gave it 5 stars to get my comment out. I am not a fan of TEP and I can't imagine working there is much better. unis energy fortis whatever...if you wanted my money you'd work with us better. you can charge me late fees but I can't give you money i don't have YOU HAVE ALL MY META ANYWAY! WHAT more do you want I want lifetime power for the exchange of my personal info and the data you collect on consumers
